About staffing the production of organic products in Russia
Abstract
The growth of organic production in the Russian Federation actualizes the problem of its competitiveness in the food market, which is associated with the state of labor resources of the agricultural sector of the economy. In this regard, it is necessary to assess the structure of employment in rural areas and the qualitative characteristics of human resources. Therefore, the purpose of the study was to analyze the current situation and priority tasks for the effective solution of the personnel problem of the development of organic agriculture. Modern personnel problems of the development of organic production are considered. The analysis of trends in the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of labor potential in the agricultural sector is carried out. The assessment of the current structure of the employed at the place of main work is given, which made it possible to determine the promising employment opportunities of organic production. The conclusion is made about the need for increased attention to such an indicator as the level of retention of personnel in the industry, especially young people, affecting the efficiency of the use of rural labor resources. The features of entering the market of agricultural labor of students and graduates of universities and the tasks of their integration into the system of staffing of organic agriculture are shown.
