A difficult task of finding large prime degree roots in finite multiplicative groups of vectors defined over rings of special type for the synthesis of the high-performance digital signature algorithms is proposed. It has been shown that the structure of such groups possesses the four-dimension cyclicity. The structure features of the group have been used to develop an algorithm for finding large prime degree roots. A new high performance digital signature scheme has been proposed.
