Peculiarities of spectral measurement of optical signals and analytical methods of spectral measurements in radio — and optical ranges are considered. A harmonized random process has been taken as model of the analyzed optical signal. In case of a multidimensional linear system a one-dimensional integrated operator establishing input — output connection of the linear system has been transformed into matrix form. The connection between the number of resonators and time of a current spectrum measurement has been established.
